Interactions between an 30% charged polyelectrolyte and an anionic surfactant in bulk and at a solid-liquid interface
Article Abstract:
Research was conducted to examine the interactions between an 30% charged polyelectrolyte and an anionic surfactant in bulk and at a solid-liquid interface. The investigation was carried out using surface force measurements and dynamic light scattering. The objective of the study is to identify similarities and differences between polyelectrolyte-surfactant association. Results indicate that the addition of sodium dodecyl sulfate progressively reduced the hydrodynamic radius of the multichain aggregates as well as the repulsive interactions between single coils.

Donor-acceptor distance and protein promoting vibration coupling to hydride transfer: A possible mechanism for kinetic control in Isozymes of human lactate dehydrogenase
Article Abstract:
The identification of a protein promoting vibration in HLADH, as well as active site amino acids that influence by coupling of promoting vibration to the reaction coordinate is presented. The study demonstrates that the signature of a protein promoting vibration eludicated with the HLADH enzyme is also the characteristic of the LDH enzymes.
