The dependence of electronic conductivity of carbon molecular sieve electrodes on their charging states
Article Abstract:
The dependence of the electronic conductivity of activated carbon electrodes on their potential in electrolyte solutions was examined. A specially designed cell was assembled in order to measure the conductivity of carbon electrodes at different potentials in solutions and when the carbon electrodes possessed molecular sieving properties, a remarkable dependence of their conductivity on their charging state was observed.

Luminescence 3D-ordered porous materials composed of CdSe and CdTe nanocrystals
Article Abstract:
Co-deposition of polymer beads and nanocrystals (NCs) was used to prepare luminescence porous materials of CdTe or CdSe nanocrystals (NC's) by filling the corresponding NCs into the voids of colloidal crystal. The porous materials of CdTe and CdSe NC's would emit photons under the excitation of high-energy electron that are collected to form a cathode luminescence (CL) image.
