Tuning the carrier injection efficiency for organic light-emitting diodes
Article Abstract:
A new study demonstrates that hole transport from an indium tin oxide anode to N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-(2-naphthyl)-(1,1'-phenyl)-4,4'-diamine is injection-limited and that the hole injection efficiency reduces progressively in line with the systematic increase of the copper phthalocyanine interlayer thickness.
