Carbohydrate structural determination by NMR spectroscopy: modern methods and limitations
Article Abstract:
The authors review the publications on the carbohydrates which play important role in the biological recognition processes. The topics of interest include the conformational analysis and the binding studies of the carbohydrates to the protein receptors, the dynamic properties of carbohydrates and the NMR methods for the carbohydrate structural determination.
