Mass accommodation and chemical reactions at gas-liquid interfaces
Article Abstract:
The studies of mass accommodation and chemical reactions at gas-liquid interfaces have provided a large body of useful information and have elucidated important basic properties of the liquid surfaces.Interactions between gas-phase molecules and liquids playing an important role in wide range of natural and industrial processes are presented.

Gas-expanded liquids
Article Abstract:
Review is presented which details the fact that expanded liquids combine the beneficial properties of compressed gases such as CO2 and of traditional solvents, leading to a new class of tunable solvents that are often the ideal type of solvents for a given application while simultaneously reducing the environmental burden.

Transformation of carbon dioxide
Article Abstract:
Review addressing synthetic technologies for organic compounds that contain equal to or more than three carbon atoms and use of CO2 as a raw material is presented. One such method is to use high-energy starting materials such as hydrogen, unsaturated compounds, small-membered ring compounds and organometallics.
