Photochemistry on metal nanoparticles
Article Abstract:
The size and morphology of metal nanoparticles strongly influence the photochemistry on their surfaces. Metal nanoparticlse may offer new adsorption sites and new electronic states, which are absent on single-crystal surfaces and the special photochemistry occurring on metal nanoparticles is related to these changes of electronic structure and geometrical parameters, which are correlated.

Mixed phosphine-phosphine oxide ligands
Article Abstract:
Bis-phosphine (BPMO) ligands have demonstrated with the help of two general synthetic strategies, which are known for the preparation of BPMOs, unique coordination properties, as well as the ability to form remarkably efficient and selective metal-complex catalysts is given. Chemical research is strongly oriented towards the development of marketable products.
