X-ray absorption spectroscopy of low temperature fuel cell catalysts
Article Abstract:
The application of X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) in the characterization of low temperature fuel cell catalysts, in particular carbon supported Pt electrocatalyst, containing alloys for use as anode and cathode catalyst, and non-Pt containing cathode catalyst are focused. Cells used for situ and gas treatment measurements are discussed.
