Washington began restoring the 'St. Eval' after purchasing the tugboat in 1992. The interior is decorated in glass, mahogany, leather, brass and paintings by Patrick Haskett. Washington commissioned Haskett to depict the history of the St. Eval, which was formerly named the 'Chieftain.'
