Big names heading into services software
Article Abstract:
The leading names in the information technology industry are adopting the service management and customer interaction software which, for a long time, has been the realm of home-grown and non-automation apps. The arrival of Oracle and SAP in the market with support-related software has elicited mixed reactions from smaller firms. However, smaller firms who have always handled the service software business should not be concerned about the newcomers since there will still be a market for strong service management/customer interaction products.
