New Printer Product Line Targets Major Areas of the Hard-Copy Output Market
Article Abstract:
Dataproducts Corp. has introduced eight new printers including a laser non-impact printer, as well as three daisywheel and four dot-matrix printers. The non-impact laser printer employs solid-state laser imaging technology and prints twenty-four pages per minute. The three daisywheel models are letter-quality printers and virtually silent in the stand-by mode. Designed to be used with microcomputers and software that are IBM-produced or IBM compatible, the dot-matrix printers offer full color graphics capability.
