The medium is meaningless
Article Abstract:
Networking and E-mail are growing in popularity, and the Internet promises productivity improvements, but for many, there is no apparent payoff. It seems to some that the technology has become a cult in itself, and the goal has been lost and forgotten. There has been much emphasis on volume and speed, but what will define the marketplace in the coming years is the ability to focus and define the huge amount of information that has become available. The amount of information has grown burdensome, and people better tools for dealing with it. There are still many computer literate individuals who are not connected into networks and perceive no benefits from becoming so. Connectivity may be impressive, but may also offer little added value to many people.

Sharp shooting in peak conditions
Article Abstract:
The idea behind the television series 'Classic Adventure' was to film contemporary expeditions to areas previously explored for which archival film footage was available. The two types of footage would be used to create a unique adventure program. The expeditions were drawn from the BBC's film archive and proposals submitted by individuals from around the world. The filming was arduous, and frequently dangerous, including desert treks, mountain climbing, white water rafting and hang gliding.
