The traditional supply chain practise of the UK house building industry will have to be reviewed and improved to keep up with ultra modern working techniques, according to the new Wilson Connolly deputy chairman Allan Leighton. He speaks from years of experience in the retail trade where his most recent success was the take-over of Asda by American firm Wal-Mart for a staggering 6.7 billion pounds sterling.
