Rules are rules

Article Abstract:

Companies in the manufactured housing industry are advised to keep their managers and employees abreast with changes in rules and regulations governing house selling. By providing them with continuing education, they will avoid cases such as that encountered by two retail managers and three sales persons whose license renewal applications have been disapproved by The State Licensing Board of South Carolina because of several selling violations.

Doing good makes everyone look better

Article Abstract:

Ethical principles should always be observed by manufactured housing salespersons especially in handling the pressures caused by competition. It should not be taken for granted most especially when dealing with prospective homeowners. However, unity among all the segments of the selling process is also needed to provide customer satisfaction. It is imperative then that every salesperson must have a set of ethics to observe.
