Article Abstract:
The Integer Millennium House was built in a time frame of 12 weeks during the summer of 1998. The design team was required to construct the house almost from scratch, with the barest detailed design. The house was built on to a sloping site which allowed the construction of a large conservatory to generate solar heating and provide natural light. The house lay-out focuses on the conservatory area, being mainly open-plan with moveable partitioning walls.
