Maximal Innovative Intelligence, based in Reston, VA, announced that the latest version of its data analysis tool, Max 3.0, will be offered in Nov 2000. The new version is intended to take advantage of the productivity and analytical functionality capabilities of the new Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services. Because of its support of Microsoft Analysis Services, the new version is suitable for implementation over an intranet, in portals or over the Internet. Also, Max 3.0 has a new feature referred to as One-Button Analysis.

ClickAction unveils e-mail software

ClickAction has unveiled the Email Marketing Automation software, a hosted application that will allow marketers to send built-in rich media campaigns and integrate profile data from multiple touch points. The software features reports for campaigns, including response rates, open rates and return on investment.
