Sam Zell, a billionaire from Chicago will address the 2006 National Congress and Expo for Manufactured and Modular Housing, on April 20th, 2006, at Las Vegas. Zell made his fortune through real estate investment trusts. A brief profile of Zell is presented. Other luminaries who will address the convention include Tom Halford from Whirlpool Corporation. A list of manufacturers and suppliers who will attend the convention is also presented.
