Evil - or misunderstood?
Article Abstract:
The net contribution clause is often regarded as unnecssarily complex and at times unjust. However, such clauses reduce liability share to an appropriate level of fault, provide a commonsense approach to dividing risk between consultants and contractors, and usually work in favor of the client.
