Too late to change the tune
Article Abstract:
Plans to extend the Royal Opera House will have a disastrous impact on the Covent Garden area of London, England. Considerable efforts have been made in the past to preserve Covent Garden, but it now seems that these will have been in vain. It would have been much better to sell the present opera house and move to a site elsewhere in London, such as the empty Battersea power station site.
