An integrated sales and lead generation management software is crucial for the success of online marketing campaigns. This type of software has the ability to store and analzye online data, including Web traffic and customer personality to banner ad responses and purchasing trends. The three components of the software are collection, aggreggation and analysis. Collection involves the accumulation of click stream of online traffic through log files while aggreggation concerns the efficient storage of data. The third element, analysis, offers an experiential and behavioral perspectives of understanding customers.

Cendant sues former executives

Article Abstract:

Cendant Corp has filed a lawsuit against former CFOs Stuart L. Bell and E. Kirk Shelton for alleged breach of contract and non-performance of their fiduciary responsibilities. The company, which filed the charges in mid- Jun 2000, accused the two executives of being either aware or willing participants in a scheme to divert money from CUC International reserves to artificially inflate its earnings prior to its merger with HFS Inc. The merger resulted in the formation Cendant Corp.
