Engineering designer Paul Westbury is only 31, but in 2001 he has become the youngest partner at Buro Happold. Westbury has had a varied career and is now involved in designing sports stadiums that are pleasing and multi-purpose.

Taylor Woodrow's innovative design for a Tesco distribution centre in Essex, England, is described. The floor needed to be installed quickly in twenty-five days and so a steel-fibre reinforced concrete floor was used.
