T-NETIX Corp, the Englewood, CO-based provider of telecommunication services for the correctional industry, has inaugurated its 9,000-square- foot facility in Carrollton, TX, in Apr 2001. The company will use the facility to field customer service and support calls for more than 1,600 T-Netix customer facilities nationwide and more than 20,000 calls from inmates' families that the company handles monthly.
