The CAN-SPAM Act, one year later
Article Abstract:
The Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (CAN-SPAM), which controls Internet spam, is reviewed. The ambiguity of regulations which fail to control the spam are questioned. The five requirements of E-Mail covered by the act are listed.
