On the top spot is Fleetwood Enterprises of Riverside, CA, with a total production of 68,856 valued at $1,429,833,000. The second and third largest manufacturers are Champion Enterprises of Auburn Hills, MI, with a total production of 26,135 units and Redman Industries of Dallas, TX, with 23,482 units.

A listing of the top 44 non-Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) code manufactured housing producers in 1995 are presented. Heading the list is All American Homes of Elkhart, IN, producing 1,850 units of non-HUD homes followed by Cavo Industries of Phoenix, AZ, with 263 non-HUD homes and 1,048 park models and Redman Industries of Dallas, TX, with 776 non-HUD homes and 160 park models.
