Article Abstract:
The USPS has asked online stamp vendor Stamps.com to stop taking further customer orders for Photo stamps and finish its market test so that the results of the test may be evaluated. Though the request by USPS is reasonable, it puts the Photo stamps programme in a state of uncertainty especially after an overwhelmingly successful response to the market test.
