World leader
Article Abstract:
Paul Morrell is to become Senior Partner of the world's largest quantity surveying business, Davis Langdon and Everest (DLE), in May 1998. Morrell enjoys working closely with the construction management industry, and he has a particularly close relationship with architects Foster and Partners, but he is known for blunt speaking and has less cordial relationships with some parts of the contracting industry. Morrell's chief plan for DL&E is increased specialisation, and his chief concern is that the construction industry should address the issue of rising costs.
