You're talking - is anyone listening?
Article Abstract:
A national research organization reveals that consumers now are spending less time for shopping as compared with those in the 80's. The research predicts that consumers will spend less time shopping in the future because shopping will be regarded as a displeasing activity. Results of the research show that the industry has not effectively adopted a good communication strategy with prospective buyers. Thus, training in the manufactured housing industry should focus on listening programs to develop the key factors to good listening.

City planning boards and zoning officials should also be made aware of the technological advances made in manufactured home production.
