GERMANY: NEW ALPMA MACHINES

At the Dusseldorf trade fair, the German group Alpma presented several new cheese packaging. The SC150 machine cuts round cheese segments at the rate of 150 a minute. The SAN 60/V-SE60 is reserved for packaging cheese in cardboard or wooden boxes at the rate of 60 units per minute, and the Alpma CUT 25 makes it possible to cut equal portions of cheese.
