Une mont e en puissance des fonctions de service
Article Abstract:
Recycled cardboard packaging, with a grey interior, represents a little less than half of the volume of frozen food packaging, boxes with a wood interior represent a quarter, boxes with a polyethylene layer represent 20%, and the remainder is pure cellulose micro-corrugated boxes. Although cardboard packaging is dominant, it has lost 15% to 20% of the market share to soft packaging such as aluminised packaging, particularly in the frozen vegetable sector and for ready meals where this type of packaging has become a norm. Now certain manufacturers have chosen polyester/polyethylene bags in order to set themselves a part. Kraft is increasingly used for packaging pizzas since it is less bulky than cardboard packaging. Packaging also has to do with the idea of service and must adapt to new ways of eating. Zip bags for easy opening and closing are gaining hold in frozen food bags. A polypropylene zip has been developed by Flexipac for use on polypropylene bags. It is possible to cook Findus' fish in buttered paper in traditional ovens as well as in micro-wave ovens. Socopa uses polystyrene shells to packaging its hamburgers as fast food.
