Anti-dumping measures remain a crucial topic at the Doha round of multitrade trade negotiations. This is because anti-dumping measures remain an important component of non-tariff barriers. A study on the need to implement anti-dumping measures and its implementation across countries such as China, Ukraine, Russia and Taiwan, is presented.
