The issue of knowledge transfer in the form of replication strategies is examined. The methods in which corporate managers mobilize a firm's valuable knowledge assets to properly exploit their value are presented. A case study on the complexity of transmitting the marketing strategies of an organization, in the context of Rank Xerox, is presented.
