A time and emotion study

Article Abstract:

Author Daniel Goleman's book 'Emotional Intelligence' claims there are five 'domains' of emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence are skills which are not related to academic prowess. Goleman used scientific information to support his ideas in the book. The book sold four million copies. Goleman claimed he was very surprised at the positive response to his book which came from the education and business sectors. He has published a second book on emotional intelligence called 'Working with Emotional Intelligence.'
