Foreign affairs strategy: Bush's second term
Article Abstract:
The United States President George W. Bush presided over the most sweeping redesign of U.S. strategy since the days of F.D.R. in his first four years. The direction in his second term should remain same, such as restoring security in a more dangerous world and some midcourse corrections that are overdue, but he should also remember the art of speaking softly and the need for international diplomacy.
