Making civil justice sane
Article Abstract:
The rule-of-law model, which aspires to guidance and predictability, to fairness to society as a whole, not just to the individual parties is proposed as a cure for the ailing American civil justice system that does not seem to provide the guideposts of right and wrong. The proposed model employs tools like statutes by legislatures and written rulings by judges that set boundaries that people can rely upon, and promotes the freedom to interact honestly and take reasonable risks.

Age and creativity: The influence of personality type

The findings imply that opportunities for creativity are not dictated by one's profession, but by one's choices and abilities.
