Malaria and economic development: the need for a vaccine
Article Abstract:
The efforts to combat malaria and the negative impact it has on economic development are discussed. The elimination of malaria lies in discovering effective vaccines, which though expensive, the costs would be made up by the economic growth following the introduction of such vaccines in the region.
