A utility cuts 95% of $2-million cleanup bill

Article Abstract:

UtiliCorp United Inc. inherited a $2 million cleanup bill after the company responsible for the contamination of a site in Colorado became a subsidiary of the utility. However, UtiliCorp officials was able to reduce this amount to $100,000 through sound project management strategies.
