Consumers clear on HDTV, confused on content

Article Abstract:

Expected 2007 sales of high-definition television (HDTV) and next generation DVD players are approximately $19.4 and $344 billion respectively. Only 44% of HDTV owners receive HD programming, so retailers and installers should assist clients in acquiring or setting up high-definition content sources. The service options that HDTV retailers and installers can provide and a CEA market research are discussed.
