Direct load-control points to reach 4.6-million by 1995

Article Abstract:

Coba-MID analyzed direct load-control (DLC) programs to see how utilities are using them and what their future plans and goals are. DLC programs are generally used to reduce peak demand by shutting down heating or cooling systems for a period of up to four hours.
