Marantz defies conventional amp design, puts music first

Article Abstract:

The features of the new PM-11S1 two channel pre-main amplifier, and the SA-11S1 Super Audio CD (SACD) player from Marantz, Japan are discussed. The SA-11S1 is fitted with the Hyper Dynamic Amplifier Module (HDAM) on each impedance- voltage conversion circuit, low pass filter and output circuit. The PM-11S1 has features such as channel separation up to super-high sound ranges, etc.
