New Technologies, lower prices grow home projector market

Article Abstract:

Research forecasts on worldwide growth for the home projector market is discussed. While in the United States rear projection television sets are in demand, in Europe large screen projectors are being used for viewing movies and sports. In Japan this trend is catching up. Home projectors according to the industry are divided in to two groups depending on display format. In one group are home projectors that use transmissive liquid crystal displays, and in the second group are home projectors that make use of reflective systems.
