Y2K bug lurks in utility computers

Article Abstract:

The predictions on the implications of the year 2000 (Y2K) problem has already surfaced as early as 1998. For instance, First Call Inc learned it is unable to provide analysts and other clients with financial forecast by 2000. The Y2K problem is also burdened by its unpredictable behavior.
