The art of communication: presentations and meetings

Article Abstract:

Presentations and meetings can be handled effectively by following a few simple pointers. In the case of presentations, they can be organized by answering questions on topic, audience and objective, arranging major points and squeezing the presentation into the alloted time. Visual aids and practice are two other important considerations. For meetings, among the factors to be considered are how to handle noise and accomplish meeting goals. The communication principles used in presentations can also be applied to meetings.
