A personal quality improvement program for golfers
Article Abstract:
Golfers can improve their game by following a strict, long-term quality improvement plan. However, for this to succeed, golfers must accept the need for improvement, must recognize that mistakes should not be tolerated and that real improvement can only be attained by constant communication with a professional. The quality improvement has five steps which are establishing the criteria, determining the process, keeping track of performance, examining results to determine corrective action, and implementing the plan continuously.

Qualitative indications from quantitative instruments
Article Abstract:
Measurements with inspection, measuring and test equipment (IM&TE) are assumed to be quantitative, but they can also assess qualitative properties. Digital multimeters (DMMs) and the difference between typical and approximate performance specifications of measuring instruments are discussed.
