Another major merger
Article Abstract:
Siemens Buildings Technologies, a Siemens AG division, is the latest merger that resulted from the combination of Landis & Staefa, Inc. and Cerberus Pyrotronics. Engineers are curious about the impact of the consolidation of construction product suppliers on current and new projects. John Grad, CEO of the new Landis division, said clients could still avail of any of its solution sets while stand-alone and particular projects will still be offered. Ronald Matson, who remains as Cerberus Division president, said it will still provide the same solutions.
