Hand in hand on the way to town
Article Abstract:
Town centre management is increasingly necessary in recent times to ensure that social, retail and business needs are satisfied for the benefit of the community. Maidstone's Town Centre Management Initiative has won finance from the European Union's LIFE programme to enhance local services in the town.
