Quality takes top-to-bottom commitment
Article Abstract:
Quality experts participating in the Quality Expo International '95 trade show to be held on Apr. 24-27, 1995, believe that the success of any quality improvement program depends on the degree of support and commitment provided by management. They agree that companies which implemented a company-wide re-engineering program have the best chances of succeeding in their field. The experts' opinions are likely to be validated by discussions to be held at the conference, where participants will assess the impact of the reorganization programs adopted by several businesses over the years.
