Condition Based Risk Management (CBRM) is a radically new way of managing assets. There are ample business opportunities for contractors who are prepared to adopt the potential of CRBM. CRBM means inspecting more and maintaining less which means the service life of assets can be extended considerably. UK electric companies are the first to adopt CBRM followed by petrochemicals operators with large electricity assets.
