The $130,000 C-Quester I is a personal submarine is 2.8 meters long and weighs 1030 kilograms. The submersible can descend as far as 50 meters with a range of about six nautical miles and its oxygen supply and carbon dioxide filters can keep a person alive for 36 hours.
