Wake up breakfast for a change

A good, wholesome breakfast will keep people on their feet the whole morning. Breakfast need not be the usual bowl of cereal or glass of milk to be enjoyed. A variety of breakfast meals will have people looking forward to breakfast, instead of avoiding it.
