Caterpillar vertical lift skid steers
Article Abstract:
Caterpillar has unveiled a new line of vertical-lift skid steers that comes with a unique linkage for providing a lift height of more than 10 ft and eight inches, and a reach of 32-1/2 in at a bucket angle of 45 degrees. The Model 262 is rated at 2,500 pounds while the Model 252 at 2,250 pounds. The loaders have vertical lifts that can reach over truck sideboards and into other elevated containers. The company is also providing the skid-steers with a complete line of attachments.
