Article Abstract:
The Centre for Leadership has launched several courses in learning and devolopment strategy such as Gold Command courses for Brigade Managers and 'An Introduction to the FRS' course which tackles different Fire and Rescue Services issues. The Leadership Toolkit, which includes workbooks on leadership, diversity and dianostic tools, will also be launched following the National Leadership Programme.
